"Tried the Easy Egg a couple of times, but..."
I gave their Easy Egg a go two times, but it really left a weird taste in my mouth and made my stomach feel off. Plus, they didn’t get back to me when I reached out to complain.

"Website showed items available, but they were actually out of stock"
The website indicated that items were available. I placed my order and paid, trusting that if it’s listed as in stock, it would be shipped right away, just like with other retailers, big or small. But after waiting 8 days without a shipping confirmation, I followed up on my order and, surprise, they didn’t have any of the items available. It seems like this is a third-party site, so they don’t actually keep the products themselves, and getting what I paid for feels like a gamble on their ability to find them. A lot of sites do this (like Lyst, for example), but having to chase down a £65 refund is just not cool. I’d recommend sticking to trustworthy companies and maybe shoot them a message beforehand to check how long the order might take and if they really have the items ready to go.

"Exceptional Service from a Small Business"
I really can’t wrap my head around what the last reviewer said because my experiences with this company have been fantastic every single time.

I felt compelled to share my thoughts after ordering a birthday cake for my family (chocolate & hazelnut). I had no idea that their hazelnuts were out of stock between when I placed my order and when they shipped it out, and it was also during a time when Royal Mail was on strike. Still, my order showed up - everything was there - along with a sweet note explaining that they had run out of hazelnuts but had picked some up from M&S to ensure I could still bake my cake! Now, if that isn’t the most thoughtful and kind gesture from a company, I don’t know what is. I was genuinely touched.

It’s crucial to support small businesses like this that go above and beyond. They’re a world apart from those big, faceless corporations where everything is automated. Sure, those big guys have fancy systems for stock management, but it’s way tougher for a local whole food shop that interacts with the community. With larger companies, you’re just another number, but with these folks, it’s clear they truly notice and care about their customers. Big thanks to Natures Healthbox!

"Terrible Service and Missing Items"
The service from this company has been just awful.

I ordered several items and got a delivery confirmation, but after 8 days, nothing showed up, so I reached out to them. They claimed that Royal Mail had lost my package, even though the Royal Mail site indicated it was never picked up.

They promised to resend, but one item was still missing. I was okay with that, and they sent the others. Eventually, the products arrived (two weeks late), but yet another item was missing from the package. I emailed them to inform them of the issue.

After waiting a week with no response, I followed up. Finally, I got a reply, but there was no apology, just a note saying I would be refunded for that missing item (which was the one I really wanted).

In the end, I received only half of my order, waited three weeks, and I'm still waiting for the rest of my refund. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.

"Vegan Chocolate Syrups Delight"
In a bit of a scramble to score some affordable vegan hot chocolate syrups, I came across Natures Healthbox's site. Last night, I ordered around five different syrups, and guess what? They showed up today! I was totally taken aback when I got the notification from Royal Mail that they were on their way. My office is like an icebox, but now I can finally sip on some hot chocolate again!

"Quick shipping and awesome deal"
I got some hulled barley packs, which have been kinda hard to find lately. They showed up super fast and the price was fantastic. Plus, they threw in a free glass storage jar, which was a nice surprise. This was my first time ordering, and it all went smoothly, so I’ll definitely be back for more.

"Emails Keep Coming for Orders..."
They keep sending emails to get you to place an order. When I try to order, their site doesn’t load for ages. No way I'm gonna order now. Then, a month later, I get the same email again. It’s impossible to check my cart or make a payment this time. Honestly, there are tons of other sites out there... I don’t need to struggle just to place an order. I usually use them, but I’m done with this... and I’m having a good day. After that, they sent another email that brought me back to my cart... but the discount code didn’t work like it was supposed to...

"Billing for items that aren't available."
The store claimed shipping would take 2-3 days on their site. However, the confirmation email mentioned it would actually be 7 days. When I reached out to customer service to check on the delivery schedule, they confirmed it was indeed 7 days and mentioned that one of the items was out of stock after they had already charged me. Honestly, if I hadn't pushed for clarity on the delivery times, I doubt they would have informed me about the out-of-stock item, and I would’ve been left hanging. Really disappointing.
